  • Arne Jokela (Producer, Founder) is Chief Technology Officer of Fotolog.com, one of world's most popular websites. Previously, he has held editorial and technology management positions at American Express Publishing, AOL, and Learn Technologies/Voyager Interactive. He is a co-founder of Clubbed Thumb.

  • Diana Maxine Konopka (Associate) began working for Clubbed Thumb as a development and administrative assistant in the Fall of 2006 after particpating in Summerworks '06. She has collaborated on productions with Target Margin Theater, Mile of String, and was a dramaturg for Williamstown Theater Festival's 2005 season. Diana received her B.A from the University of Chicago and M.A. from New York University. She is a recipient of the 2007-2009 TCG New Generations Mentorship Grant.
